Banstead Village in Bloom 

11 shops in Banstead entered the Best Shop Front Competition last week as part of the

Banstead Village in Bloom Initiative. 

 

The theme was red, white and blue to commemorate the Centenary of the ending of WW1. Seen here are the delighted winners, Julie Pedliham and Kitty Rees on behalf of the Princess Alice Hospice Shop, accepting the prize

of a hamper from Stuart Hawkins the manager of Specsavers Banstead who have so generously supported both the competition and other improvements carried out this summer by a very enthusiastic band of volunteers.
