Planting begins at Memorial Bed - 20 March

The large flower bed that is alongside the Memorial roundabout in Banstead has had a makeover. Banstead Village in Bloom asked Reigate and Banstead Council to clear the bed and enrich the soil. BViB then planned the planting scheme and volunteers have made a start at planting. There will be ongoing work on this area, more planting will be done throughout the summer.
