NHS Charities Covid-19 appeal

A very generous resident donated her entire collection of Coronavirus fairies. She gave us her cousin's work as part of the yarn bomb event, but they were so beautiful that we thought they deserved permanent homes. It took less than 24 hours to sell all 30 fairies on Facebook, and £200 was raised for the NHS Charities Covid-19 appeal. We will be writing to Elsie - the 90 year old lady who made them - to thank her for making this donation possible.
