Field of daffodils

Banstead Village in Bloom's volunteers were working extremely hard this morning planting more bulbs on the grass verge along Sutton Lane. Volunteers also cleared the disappearing pathway along that stretch, cutting back overgrown ivy and removing debris along the fences.

Another 1000 bulbs are still to be planted, we need some more help with this task and anyone who is strong enough to dig a hole please could you come along for an hour next Friday morning to help. Meet at 9.45am at the War Memorial, spades supplied.
